Thomas ( HRD ) : Good morning, how are you sir?

Alexander ( CEO ) : Fine as always, have you found anyone who met our

requirements?

Thomas                               : I have found a prospective secretary who is in

                                                accordance  with the requirements but all decisions are

                                                in your hands.

Alexander                           : Of course.

Thomas                               : Kania, this is my boss. boss, this is a prospective

                                                secretary.  Then I'll excuse me first.

Kania (Secretary)              : Good morning sir, I'm Kania, nice to meet you sir.

Alexander                           : Nice to meet you too, introduce yourself please!

Kania                                   : Ok Sir. my name is kania larasati, i am 24 years old,

                                                I’am a graduate from Gunadarma University. I once

                                                worked at PT.Makmur as secretary of the marketing

                                                department manager for 1,5 years. I master 3 foreign

                                                languages, namely Mandarin,English, Japanese.

Alexander                           : Ok. why do you want to work in my company? and

                                                why did you leave the company PT. Makmur?

Kania                                    : Because, Pt. Makmur is still on a national scale, while

                                                PT.Diamond has an international scale. with me

                                                mastering 3 foreign languages I hope to join your

                                                company.

Alexander                          : Because I often make business trips abroad, for a long

                                               period of time, are you willing to go with me while I'm

                                               there?

Kania                                    : I am willing to go with you, because it has become my

                                                duty and responsibility as your secretary later.

Alexander                           : OK, if you like that, you can work from tomorrow.

Kania                                    : Thank you, sir.
