· Have a relation with an artist who will we used as a guest star
2. Equipment & Logistic Division
· She is a part of equipment & logistic division in several even before
· She knows a lot place that rent what we need for the event, such as sound system, lighting, etc.
3. Promotion Division
· She is a part of promotion division in several event before
· She have relation with many company that will we used as a sponsor
· She knows how to monopolize the conversation
4. Publication division
· She has done a photoshop workshop
· She has done an adobe premiere workshop
· She knows how to make a booklet
· She made a back drop in several events before
5. Documentation Division
· She has done a photography workshop
· She is a member of photography community
· She won a national photography contest.
4. EXPLAINING HOW TO DELIGATE THE PART OF THE JOB

1. The main coordinator
Job Description:
· Responsible for all committee activities
· Monitor progress the entire division
· Give final decisions that are absolute when there is a problem that drags on
· Become a figure of inspiration and motivator for others
· Observe any unexpected things (understand everything that happens in the event)
2. Secretary
Job Description:
· Typing sponsor proposals
· Record the results of the weekly meeting
· Managing correspondence
· Typing the accountability report
3. Treasurer
Job Description
· Hold all program finances
· Hold all proof of expenditure
Create financial reporting
4. Event division
Job Description:
· Drafting the event
· Create performance schedule (rundown)
· Create event & stage decorations
· Coordinate with various Divisions about artist riders
5. Publication Division
Job Description:
· Decide possibility of existing publication media such as posters, leaflets, tickets, etc.). Namely media on site and media out site. Decide which ones need installed before the event and which installed at the event.
· Make all media publications specified
· Decide where place for the publication, such as where banners will located, distribution the banner to schools, etc.
· Install publications on radio / print media / other electronic media with the business funding Division, and discuss the agreement between the two parties
· Install all publication media
6. Public Relations Division
Job Description:
· Accompanying the artist (each PR member is at least one staff for one artist group), especially guest stars (as guides etc.)
· Coordinate with the security forces about police permission
· Coordinate with their management about artist transportation and manager.
· Request permission from the local community about the event
· Coordinate with consumption related to artist consumption issues
7. Sponsor Division
Job Description:
· Mastering all parts of the sponsor proposal
· Make presentations
· Look for sponsors and get agreements
· Coordinate with the publication Division on the issue of publicity material that agreed with the sponsoring party, which is counterproductive.
· Coordinate with the event Division related to possibility requesting sponsors for promotions on stage, etc.
8. Security Division
Job description:
· Determine the parking area
· Make a parking permit. Coordinate with secretaries and public relations.
· Create a security post in the parking area and place of the event
· Call and make a coordination with the police.
· Make a search post on the entrance.
9. Equipment Division
Job description:
· Coordinate with the event Division to rider’s guest stars around the stage, tools, etc.
· Coordinate with stage rentals (if needed)
· Store all other Division equipment in one safe place
· Coordinate with the decoration Division for installation matters in the area
· Coordinate with other Divisions such as the publication Division for security issues for publication material.
10. Consumption Division
Job Description:
· Coordinate with food sponsors (if any) or plan consumption for the committee and artists.
· Also think of consumption for the crew, security guard, police, and even the parking attendant.
· Handle all kinds of food stand, drinks, if it is held.
11. Documentation Division
Job Description:
· Documenting the entire series of events
· Documenting spots of sponsor sponsorship
· Editing and realizing documentation whether in the form of photos, videos (coordinate with creative teams for editing)
12. First Aid Division
Job Description:
· Provide health posts on H-days at several locations
· Full alert (patrolling) during the H-day in the place area
· Coordinate with health services (hospitals, ambulances, etc.).
5. EXPLAINING HOW TO GIVE WEEKLY REPORTS OF THE JOB
PROGRESS

1stweek : Choose a purpose and theme for the event, and choose a date.
2ndweek : Select the performance that will be performed from the band that registered, and choose a guest star.
3rdweek : Make a run down.
4thweek : Choose the place for main event, contact them ask if that place is
free on that date or not.
5th Week : Planning the Shape of Decoration.
Decoration is a layout or decorate a room, so it will looks beautiful. The decoration function clarifies the place in an event.
6th Week : Preparing the Lighting System (Lighting)
The lighting system has two functions, namely, illuminating and illuminating.
a. To illuminate the room / section is also called general Light or General illumination.
b. Illuminating or Specific illumination, that is by using lights to illuminate certain parts of the stage so that other parts become less bright impact.
7th Week : Preparing the Sound (Sound System)
Function of sound is to harmonize and develop one sound and the other sound.
8th Week : Determining Dress.
Costumes are special clothes for dancers and equipment / equipment used by dancers to dance.
9th Week : Determining Makeup
Makeup is polishing natural / original faces into faces that are tailored to the role.

- Train event supporters in mastering the event.

6.EXPLAINING HOW TO HANDLE SOME PROBLEMS OR CHANGES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PROGRESS

· Sponsor rejected our proposal, unless our party sold the sponsor's product at the bazaar stand, so we added one more stand for the sponsor's product
· One of our guest stars who wants shown is unable to attend because his schedule clashes with other parties, so we replace with other guest stars
· Sheila on 7 requested a private room with complete facilities so we set up a special tent with complete facilities for Sheila on 7
· The Vice rector cannot attend the event due to meetings outside the city, so to save time replaced by the dean of the accounting department.
7.EXPLAINING THE FINAL STEP OF THE JOB / PROJECT

The event ran smoothly according to the run down, even though there were a number of obstacles but the committee could finish it well. The audience who came satisfied when watching all the performances that been offered..
