The midterm exam was over, and at that time the Gunadarma campus was off on Eid Al-Fitr. So I decided to go home. Incidentally my house is in Bali. On June 4, 2019, at 10am I departed from Depok to Soekarno Hatta International Airport by using Grabcar. Along the way I saw the situation in Jakarta which was so quiet because many of the residents returned home. At 12.00 I arrived at Soekarno Hatta Airport, the airport situation was also quiet as well. At 2:00 p.m. finally the plane I was riding took off to Bali. June 5, 2019 is Eid al-Fitr which is a Muslim holiday, early in the morning I saw my Muslim neighbor go to a mosque near the house to do ied prayer in congregation. And in the afternoon I visited the homes of my Muslim friends, where I was served with various kinds of Eid cakes, rendang, opor, and ketupat.

I am very happy to be able to stay in touch with my friends who are different from my religion. The next day at night I was invited to go to Denpasar with my family, while heading to Denpasar city the traffic jams had to linger on the streets. When we arrived in Denpasar, there were many tourists from outside Bali on vacation in Bali. The next day when I was invited to my morning to do jogging exercise in the Renon Mandala niti field in Denpasar, there was a lot of people exercising and other activities. After we finished exercising right away we looked for food for and immediately returned home. At night, I was with my family, having dinner and shopping at Level 21 Mall at Teuku Umar, Denpasar. When the next day I had to go back home in the country located at the western end of the province of Bali.

Filling free time in Bandung

Saturday, February 2, 2019 on a sunny morning. Me and my classmates gathered at one of the boarding houses of my friend named Alif. At that time we were getting ready to go to Bandung. It was actually not a holiday, but because I wanted to fill my spare time before facing a private car. During the trip we enjoyed the view of the midterm building project. At 10 o'clock in the morning we finally departed from Depok to Bandung using vehicles and surrounding rice fields.

Arriving in Bandung, at 7pm, we immediately looked for food for dinner, finally we went to satay maranggi. After eating we circled the city of Bandung. At midnight, we immediately looked for a place to stay, coincidentally, one of us has a brother who lives in Bandung and we are allowed to stay while we are on vacation in Bandung.

Sunday, February 3, 2019 in the morning we get ready for the next destination. Before that we did not forget to have breakfast. Finally we had breakfast with Batagor, where Batagor itself is a typical Bandung city that is delicious and famous. Before that, we were looking for a place to eat that provides batagor menus, but recommended, it was finally found near the ITB campus.

After that we headed to Dago bakery, a café, where here was very interesting because of its classic European nuances. After that go to a caffè to relax. After caffè we ​​traveled around the city. And until evening we finally returned to where we were staying

Monday 4 February 2019 we accidentally wake up early because we will go to the next destination which is quite far away, namely situ patenggang. Patenggang is a lake that is crowded there, we can ride the duck rides. All day we were there until late afternoon. After that we went straight to the summit of Caringin Tilu, which is a plateau that can see the sights of Bandung. After arriving late at night we immediately returned to the inn. 1. The team’s planning for a unique but promising business to do in 2019

MoA Mart is the latest innovation from Alexander Group Corporation. MoA Mart is a supermarket that can move, in terms of the supermarket that can approach the customer. The difference between the MoA Mart with the other supermarkets is MoA Mart, a smart car that use a solar system and in there were a supermarket has a daily needed but does not need employees. Payment systems more easily because it uses the barcode on each product that already connected to the existing system. For order a MoA Mart is using the MoA’s app. 

Because, at this time  young and old people are very fond of gadgets, and wants all quick and easy. So, Alexander Group Corporation get inspiration for creating MoA Mart. Because MoA Mart has a daily needed so it have more potential than Code Alexander. 

MoA Mart target market ranging from 17 to 40 years who can using the gadget and internet. MoA Mart basically is online, and they need to download the application so if they do not have a gadget or internet connection they can offer MoA Mart to their location. MoA Mart sell daily necessities that are definitely required so it will perfectly for them.  

With the MoA mart, Alexander Group Corporation can decrease operational costs such as employee costs and building rent. Because, MoA Mart moves using solar power, so it doesn't need fuel. Checking inventory is also easier because it's already connected to the system.

But in the other hand, MoA Mart doesn’t need an employee to help customers. So, it will increase an unemployment (using a machine). MoA Mart also less effective at certain times (rush hour) so it will hamper MoA Mart to reach the location.

1. Suggesting a new business to be operated be gain a competitive advantages. 

Mr. A​: The first innovation of our company is the MoA in terms of supermarkets which can approaching customers, payment system in the form of a barcode on each transaction, simply by using MoA app. 

Miss X​: You said that, for a payment using a barcode in the application. So, if the application is error. How the customer will make a transaction? 

Mr. A​​:  If our system were an error, then we do not make sales at the time.

Ms. Z​: The second innovation of our company is Code-Alexander which makes a company offer rent in four major cities namely Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang and Medan, where operational activities will carried out such as meetings, etc.

Miss D​:  If there are companies that want to hire Code-Alexander, how do they will booked the place?

1. Describing business trends in 2019

In our opinion, the business trend in 2019 will definitely focus on everything that is easy and connected to the internet. Therefore, we took the initiative to create 2 types of businesses that will be trending in 2019. The first one is, Co-working space. The reason is because there are many new entrepreneurs who want to start a business but do not have enough funds to make their own office. Therefore, we offer a venue which can be hired for some project (such as meeting, seminar, workshop, etc). So, Alexander Group Corporation opened a new innovation called Code of Alexander, a co-working space that located in the four big cities Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Medan. And, second one is Mobile supermarket.  Due to globalization make developing technology rapidly at this time, there are many big supermarkets that are rarely visited by customers because of the location. So, customers have to pay extra fees to get there. In this era of globalization all circles are already using gadgets, and wanted all easy and fast. So, Alexander Group Corporation created the latest innovation the supermarkets which can approach customers called MoA Mart (Moby of Alexander Market) that located in Malang and Semarang.

What distinguishes from the previous year we will describe it through the table:

How to operate Code Alexander for an operator are create an application system that is directly connected with Code Alexander and controlling operations (such as the booking system) and for a customer are they can download applications, register as a new user, select a concept of interest, select the day, date, and hour desired as time rental, transfer payments, and confirmation a payment when they visited the Code Alexander to our front desk. And how to operate MoA Mart for an operator are create an application system that is directly connected with MoA Mart and controlling operations (such as MoA Mart location and inventory) and for a customer are download an applications, register as a new user, connect your credit/debit card on the application for a transaction, order MoA Mart, Select items through the barcodes scan for payment, and confirm of your payment, and MoA Mart will leave the place.

The benefits of Code Alexander for the owner are the cost is cheaper and they only need to pay for the cleaning service and front desk. And for the customer are they don’t need to have the building for operational activities, easier and saving more. The benefits of MoA Mart for the owner are there are no employees and fuel oil, because it uses the power of the solar system, operational costs are cheaper, and controlling the inventory items will easier. And for the customer are easier, no time-consuming and more efficient.
